Our return policy.

We at Optique at EyeShop wish to provide concierge-level service.  It’s our intent to leave you completely satisfied with your online eyewear purchase.  Therefore, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you do not like your EyeShop eyewear, just return them in the first 30 days from the date of order. No questions asked.  

Again, your satisfaction is important to us.  Just drop us a call at 740.549.1800 or email at contact@eyeshopoptical.com.  We promise to be there for you to troubleshoot any problems you may be having.  If you do need to return your order, we will credit the card you used when purchasing your eyewear as soon as the returned product is received. 

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, just give us a call at 740.549.1800 or drop us an email at contact@eyeshopoptical.com.  You will also be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

How do I change or cancel my order?  

If you need to change or cancel an order simply call us at 740.549.1800 or email at contact@eyeshopoptical.com.

How long until my order arrives?

Orders generally arrive at your doorstep in 7 to 14 days upon payment.

Do you accept insurance? 

We do at our physical location - EyeShop Optical.  But not online through Optique.  Though you may be able to submit a receipt for reimbursement through your insurance.  Contact your health insurance provider for more information.

When do you charge my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed.  However you can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Optique by EyeShop accepts all major credit and debit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  If you have a flexible spending account associated with a major credit card company you may use that as well.

What about shipping?

Optique by EyeShop ships FREE to all contiguous US states, except Hawaii and Alaska where you will incur an additional $15 shipping fee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States at this time. 

What if my frames aren’t fitting properly?

EyeShop customers in fabulous Central Ohio are always welcomed into our store for free adjustments.  However, if you are unable to visit our store directly, most optical shops offer free frame adjustments even for frames not purchased at their stores.  And because EyeShop is owned and operated by an optometrist, we always have a licensed optician available to answer any questions you may have about fit.  Give us a call at 740.549.1800 or email at contact@eyeshopoptical.com.
